OCATEC's mission is to provide quality instruction of the industrial arts to the people in the communities of the Oregon coast by quality experienced artisans and tradespeople while also researching new technologies and materials.

Our Vision is to create a meeting place and education center for the experienced and mature to share with the next generation.  To be a nexus of creators, teachers, students, artists and visionaries to share, collaborate, solve problems and make great things large and small.
